Firestone Complete Auto Care

Traveler 3 months ago

Repeat customers for tire care. This team is professional and considerate of your time if you are waiting for the work to be done. They keep you updated on the progress. Care was given to the rims during tire changes. You can order your times from Tire Rack and have them delivered to Firestone for installation. The service here has been reliable for over a decade.

Anthony and the rest of the staff were great. Went in for an A/C recharge and they diagnosed the A/C compressor was the issue. They emptied the system for me and I was able to complete the replacement myself. Afterwards, Anthony got me another appointment as soon as possible and the guys took care of the recharge in a few hours. Definitely will be back again.

I had to have my catalytic converter replaced, and when I left Firestone the car started to do some strange things and I had to pull over to the side of the road. I called Firestone, and they sent a technician out, Matthew, and he was wonderful! He was able to fix what was wrong while we were on the side of the road even though I had called for a tow truck, but I didn’t end up needing it. Also want to shout out the manager, I believe his name is Steve. They were very thoughtful and concerned about myself and the car and I appreciated the extra time and effort they took to fix what was wrong.

I can confidently say that this place has the best quality customer service of any auto care company and chain around. The level of expertise, great pricing, attentiveness, and all-around friendliness is unmatched. They promptly installed my set of Continental tires, complete with balance and alignment, and also replaced a damaged rim. I would give Anthony, Steve, Niko, and the entire crew ten stars if I could. They always make sure my experience is a stress-free one, and I couldn't be more grateful. Always a pleasure to do business with you -- thank you so much!
